    We invite applications for a board-certified or board-eligible Head and Neck Surgeon to join our team in Portland, Oregon. Our ideal candidate will provide high-quality, comprehensive care as a head and neck surgeon. Fellowship training is not required; endocrine experience/training is a plus.

    What You Can Expect

    • Teaching responsibilities in head and neck surgery

    • Convenient hospital facility layout, with the OR, clinic, and inpatient floors in close proximity to support collaboration with head and neck surgery partners

    • Well-rounded head and neck surgery partner team, including general head and neck surgeons and subspecialists (neurotology, laryngology, rhinology, facial plastics, gender-affirming care, cancer surgery)

    • Experienced support staff

    • Access to a physician-friendly, advanced Epic EMR

    • Opportunities for medical group leadership, if desired

    • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

    We Provide You:

    • Generous automatic employer-funded pension and retirement contributions totaling 21% of clinician eligible earnings with additional employee contribution optional

    • Competitive compensation that is not based on fee-for-service model

    The annual salary for this position is $379,500 - $462,800 prorated to $341,550 - $416,520 for the 4-day work week. The salary range considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
