Required Skills: Active California RN license and CA DEA registration Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) eligibility BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Proven experience in anesthesia delivery and patient management Strong clinical judgment and exceptional communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in outpatient surgery settings Experience with advanced anesthesia techniques Familiarity with electronic health records and case documentation Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication Preferred Education and Experience: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing Anesthesia Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital-based anesthesia experience Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism Experience with case logs and privileging requirements Other Requirements: Availability to commit to at least two weeks or more per month starting August 1, 2026 Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with guaranteed 8-hour shifts and overtime after 8 hours Flexibility to handle travel reimbursements and adhere to specified travel policies Up-to-date CV with all hospital affiliations, along with completed privileging documentation Step into a role that values your expertise and provides comprehensive benefits, including competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, medical coverage, and a supportive team dedicated to your success.
