-Location: Roanoke, VA-Duration: January start on-going (90+ days may consider extension or permanent conversion)>expedited credentialing-Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (full-time or part-time)-Patients: 8-10 patients per day, 60-90 minute visits, all geriatric-Scope: 100% outpatient geriatric-Call: Negotiable (additional compensation)-Assistance with credentialing provided (estimated 15-30 day timeline)-Compensation: Negotiable, Hourly-PACE Program:To ensure continuity, quality of care, each day is started with a meeting between our interdisciplinary staff that includes dentists, social workers, psychiatrists, mid-levels, and other primary care providers. We discuss recent patient visits, plans for those patients' care, and plan our day accordingly.-Required: Board Certified or Board eligible, Active Virginia license -
