- No nights or weekend work
- Patients are seen 4 1/2 days a week in the office
- The current physician is seeing 15-18 patients per day in the clinic, including 2-4 new patients
- The practice has a current wait time of 4 months
- RVU compensation with no cap + quarterly quality metric bonuses
