? Average Hospital Deliveries (monthly): 269
? Average OBHG Deliveries (monthly): 39
?Average OBHG Delivery (%): 14.5%
? Average OBHG Encounters (monthly): 427
? Encounters w/High Risk Diagnoses (%): 19.2%
? Total Average OBHG Procedures (monthly): 431
? NICU Level 3
? MFM available 24/7
? In-house Anesthesia
? 21 L&D beds; 31 Mother/Baby beds; 31 NICU beds
? Get many maternal transfers
? Family Practice and OB/GYN Residency Programs
(LSU students)
? Will be faculty for FP and OB/GYN residents
? Involved with LA IHI/AIM Perinatal Improvement
Committees

? Anticipated Program Start Date: June 2018
? 24 Hour Shifts
? Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage
? Hospitalists Not Required to Perform Circumcisions
? Hospitalists Needed for First Assist
? First Assist Available to the Hospitalists
? Backup Available to the Hospitalists
? Backup Available to the Hospitalist: Yes (OB/GYN ED Call)
Compensation Details
IC $190 per hour
Mileage and hotel up to $200/night paid
