A thriving and well-established Gastroenterology practice in the Chicago market is expanding due to continued community growth and rising patient demand. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected team of 6 Gastroenterologists and 5 APPs in a collegial, high-volume practice with long-term partnership potential. Practice Highlights Bread-and-butter Gastroenterology position ERCP and EUS skills welcomed, but not required Primarily outpatient-focused practice Flexible schedule with dedicated clinic and procedure days Light, equally shared call schedule Two active Endoscopy Centers with a third currently under development Consistent year-over-year growth in both procedures and clinic volume Collaborative, physician-friendly environment with a strong referral base Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed compensation around $500K plus productivity bonus Partnership opportunity beginning in year three Pension and profit-sharing plan Comprehensive benefits package including: Health insurance for the physician and family Dental and vision coverage Life and disability insurance CME allowance Vacation and personal/sick time Living in Chicago?s North Shore Practice in Downtown Chicago while enjoying life in Wilmette, one of the most sought-after communities along Chicago?s North Shore.
