Opportunity details include seeing patients 60 and up exclusively in an office setting, Monday through Friday, with no nights, no weekends, minimal phone call and an average of 12-15 patients per day. Candidates with Value-Based Care/Medicare Advantage experience with ties to the area will be considered right away.$270K+ starting salary range. No nights, no weekends, Minimal call. Signing Bonus available up to $20,000. Bonus incentives based on quality metrics, not RVUs or volume. Additional annual retention bonus based on percentage of salary.
