    • Patients Per Shift: 8-12 patients per day.
    • Bed Capacity: 33 beds in the psychiatric department.
    Requirements:
    • Board Certification: Active board certification in psychiatry is required.
    • Licensure: Must hold an active North Carolina medical license.
    • Certifications: Current ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
    • Credentialing: Streamlined credentialing process with an estimated timeframe of 30 days.
    Practice Details:
    • Provide care to patients with various psychiatric conditions, including:
      • Anxiety and affective disorders
      • Psychotic and personality disorders
      • Organic disorders and more
    • Involvement in treatment techniques such as pharmacotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy.
    • No outpatient responsibilities.
    Support and Facility Features:
    • Adequate support staff, including registered nurses, medical assistants, and advanced practice providers.
    • Temporary privileges are available to expedite your start.
    • Facility is not stroke-certified and does not require teaching or supervision of residents.
