Ob/Gyn - Central California Non-profit, community-based health center seeking BC/BE Obstetrician/Gynecologists to join their team Base salary: $278,250 - $423,748 Schedule : full-time, 5 days/week (8-hour shifts) or 4 days/week (9-hour shifts) with one evening shift per week (10-7pm) and a minimum of one Saturday per month. A minimum of one call + clinic per week Additional evenings or Saturdays may be scheduled based on vacation/CME coverage for the team Dedicated laborist position available as well - Nine 24-hour shifts per month Shared call rotation Average deliveries per day: 8-14 Group does VBACs DaVinci XI available for robotic surgery (robotics not required) # of GYN surgeries is related to on-call days and days given for surgeries. Likely 2-4 per week once fully staffed. Anesthesia is in-house 24/7 and backup anesthesia is available if needed.
