    We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse - Certified Diabetic Educator to join our Endocrinology team. This role is essential in supporting providers and empowering patients through education and clinical care related to diabetes management.

    Position Details:

    • Location- Worcester, MA

    • Schedule- Part Time- Monday- Friday (3 days per week).

    • Department: Endocrinology

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide diabetes education to patients through video visits, in-office consultations, and phone triage support
    • Educate patients on nutrition, medication management, insulin pump monitoring, and current best practices in diabetes care
    • Collaborate with endocrinology providers to ensure continuity of care and adherence to long-term scheduling
    • Travel to multiple locations (Worcester, Milford, Southborough, Framingham)
    • Support all providers across the endocrinology department

    Required Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing- Associates or Bachelors level
    • Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Massachusetts
    • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
    • Willing or ability to travel to different sites
    • Driver's license and access to reliable transportation

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of nursing experience
    • Endocrinology experience
    • EPIC experience

    Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $35.50 to $50.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
