We are actively seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, providing high-quality Gynecology services, encompassing diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance. The Ideal Candidate: Clinical Experience: Gynecology clinical experience in an outpatient setting. Diagnostic Skills: Ability to diagnose and treat a wide variety of gynecological conditions, aiming for improved patient outcomes. Competency: Demonstrate competency in diagnosis and treatment to maintain high standards of patient care and safety. Patient-Centered Approach: Exhibit a patient-centered approach, fostering a positive patient experience. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Interest in Population Health Management: Display an interest in Population Health Management to contribute to holistic patient care. Responsibilities: Patient Information: Collect and record patient information, maintaining accurate medical records. Clinical Evaluation: Review patient history, perform physical examinations, and evaluate, diagnose, and treat the most common diseases of the female anatomy. Management Recommendations: Recommend suitable management, including preventive health recommendations and habits. Prescription and Treatment Plans: Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans. In-Office Procedures: Perform in-office surgical procedures as needed to preserve patient health, such as cervical, endometrial, vaginal, vulvar, colposcopy, IUD placement, LEEP, and hysteroscopy. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure the total delivery of quality care. Educational Participation: Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings. Qualifications: Degree: MD/DO or foreign equivalent. Residency: Completion of postgraduate medical training from an accredited OB/GYN residency program. Board Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gynecology. Experience: Open to both experienced and newly trained providers. License: Current, unrestricted New York State license. Registration: Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or eligibility for registration. Enrollment: Active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or eligibility to enroll. Certification: BLS or ACLS certification required. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
