• Community-based Oncology/Hematology, with a nicely varied/well-balanced case mix
• Reasonable patient volumes of ~12 pts/day, allowing you to focus on quality of care
• Flexible scheduling, including potential for a 4-day work week available
• Highly experienced support staff - 4 Oncology APPs & extensive nursing support
• Regular tumor boards & access to clinical trials
• Rad Onc & Palliative Care on site
• Easy access to subspecialists for collaboration/consultation
• Competitive compensation: $700K starting base salary & $200K signing bonus, plus additional wRVU bonuses available based on your production
• 20 days of Allowed Time Away, 10 days‘ CME & 6 holidays = 36 days of total time off, 401K match, health/dental/vision, malpractice & more
• J1 waiver & H1B visa sponsorship available, experienced legal team to help support
