Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Fredonia, NY. NY license preferred.

**$20k for 520 hours in 17 weeks, for FT 4 weeks/month providers plus call**

• Required Shift Times: 8 hours, 10 hours.

• Other Shift Time: Not Needed Shift is 8 hours, then beeper call. If not on call will be there up to 10 hours, until cases complete.

• Holiday (Call): Preferred.

• Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Required.

• Weekend - On Call (Pager): Required.

• Cases: General, Ortho.

• Site Charting System: Epic, iPro.

• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4.

• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.

• What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.

• Are MDs doing their own cases: No.

• Other notes about the site: own cases when on call, otherwise 1:4 during day.

• Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: No.

• Estimated Privileging Timeframe (days): 45 days.

• Accelerated Privileges: Temporary (30-60 days)

• $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.

• $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
