    • Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist with Program Director role for new ACGME Cardiovascular Disease fellowship starting 2027

    • Provide inpatient and outpatient advanced heart failure, general cardiology, and mechanical circulatory support care

    • Participate in multidisciplinary heart failure and cardiogenic shock programs

    • Interpret echocardiograms and perform procedures aligned with subspecialty training

    • Shared attending responsibilities across general cardiology and advanced heart failure services

    • Develop regional Advanced Heart Failure Network across a 15-hospital division

    • Serve as Program Director with oversight of curriculum, recruitment, evaluation, and trainee progression

    • Mentor fellows and residents in clinical care and scholarly activity

    • Ensure ACGME compliance and collaborate with graduate medical education leadership

    • Participate in clinical research, quality improvement, publications, and national presentations

    • MD or DO; board certified in Cardiovascular Disease; fellowship-trained in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology

    • Minimum 3 years educational or administrative experience in an ACGME internal medicine or cardiology program

    • Eligible for Florida medical licensure

    • Academic appointment with medical school; direct employment with private practice; partnership track available

    • Established cardiology group with 30 physicians and advanced practice providers; multiple clinic locations

    • Located in North Central Florida with access to Interstate 75 and regional airport connections

    • Within driving distance to Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa; access to state parks, springs, and university resources
