Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Wisconsin State COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or outpatient settings preferred.
- Familiarity with NetHealth documentation system preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience treating geriatric or long-term care populations preferred.
Assignment Details
- Patient population/caseload: Skilled nursing facility, assisted living, and outpatient.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with one weekend per month.
- Documentation system: NetHealth.
