    In short, as the Remarketing Coordinator, you will work with field remarketers and auction officials to liquidate and maximize the return on Bridgecrest/DriveTime vehicles.

    In long, you will:

    • Accurately track vehicles through the auction process.
    • Maintain auction inventory at acceptable company levels.
    • Monitor movement and ensure that all vehicles are secured at auction.
    • Work with state DMVs to obtain a transferrable vehicle title.
    • Audit auction invoicing and follow up on sale proceeds.
    • Interdepartmental communication
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    The Specifics.

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 6:30am-3:30pm. This team works out of our Operations Center in East Mesa.
    • 1 year of professional experience including administrative, data entry, customer service, sales and/or retail industry; financial services, auction or logistics experience preferred.
