    The Women‘s Clinic of Northern Colorado is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN physician to serve as an OB/GYN Hospitalist providing comprehensive obstetrical and gynecologic physician coverage within the hospitalist services program. The program will include service at Poudre Valley Hospital and Medical Center of the Rockies in Larimer County Colorado. The physician will deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care while supporting the clinical, operational, educational, and strategic goals of the practice.

    This position requires a collaborative physician committed to professional excellence, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to the ethical standards established by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the Colorado Medical Board, and all applicable credentialing and governance requirements for the two UC Health hospitals.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    * Provide comprehensive OB/GYN hospitalist services for patients for 5-7 twenty-four hour call shifts each month.
    * Deliver high-quality obstetrical and gynecologic care in accordance with accepted standards of medical practice and community standards of care.
    * Perform patient evaluations, admissions, deliveries, surgical procedures, consultations, emergency response, and follow-up care as appropriate.
    * Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
    * Participate in shared obstetrical holiday call coverage as required.
    * Provide coverage during weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
    * Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws governing the practice of medicine.
    * Participate in quality improvement, peer review, patient safety, and professional review activities.
    * Participate in business, governance, educational, strategic, and clinical initiatives of the practice as applicable.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:
    * MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
    * Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
    * Current unrestricted Colorado medical license.
    * Current unrestricted DEA registration.
    * Eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal healthcare programs.
    * Currently hold or be eligible to obtain active medical staff privileges in good standing at applicable hospitals.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    * Prior OB/GYN hospitalist or laborist experience.
    * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    * Experience working in collaborative healthcare environments.

    Compensation and Benefits

    * Competitive per diem compensation structure, $166 per hour.
    * Health, disability, 48 hours of Colorado Sick per year, and retirement benefits.

    * Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement.
    * Professional dues and licensing fee reimbursement.
