We have four locations and over eighteen skilled nursing facilities in Central Florida.Compensation: Salary + Sign in Bonus, Production Bonus and Incentives, Relocation Reimbursement, Malpractice Insurance, DEA & State License.Benefits: Interventional Pain Management Training, 2 PTO Vacation Weeks, 1 Paid CME Week, Paid Holidays, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401K Retirement Plan with Matching Component, Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Leadership and Clinical Training, Credentialing.Plus Experience: EMG (electromyography), NCS (nerve conduction studies), Joint Injections, Trigger Point Injections, Interventional Spinal Therapeutics. -
