JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Urologist Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Coverage Period: Ongoing FACILITY INFORMATION Surgical Suites: 11 suites in the Main OR and 6 in the Outpatient Surgery Center Robotic Systems: Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 available Call Schedule: 1:3 Hospital Coverage: Single hospital coverage Administrative Support: Strong and supportive leadership and staff PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adult patients Case Mix: General urology and surgical cases PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges: Required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: Competitive base salary ($500,000+) plus production bonus Relocation Assistance: Provided Loan Repayment: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (non-profit status) Insurance: - Professional Liability Insurance - Health, Dental, Disability, and Life Insurance Retirement Plan: Included CME and PTO: Provided -
