Join a dynamic and growing healthcare team that is actively seeking Pulmonary/Critical Care specialists for our community hospitals and Level II Trauma Center near Dunkirk, IN. We have multiple positions available, offering a unique 12-hour NOCTURNIST shift schedule. As a Pulmonary/Critical Care specialist in our network, you will have the option to practice either as an Intensivist (7on/7off) or a mix of outpatient Pulmonary and inpatient Intensivist responsibilities. Your role will involve the evaluation of unstable floor patients, triaging transfers from outside facilities, responding to code blue alerts, and participating in rapid responses as needed. You'll be responsible for cross-coverage on 40-50 ICU beds, with the valuable support of an experienced critical care team, including APPs.
This position offers active support from various specialties, including interventional radiology, cardiology, and cardio-thoracic services, creating a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment. We value the contributions of our physicians and understand the importance of work-life balance.
