Advanced Technology & Resources: Utilize the user-friendly Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system to enhance efficiency in documentation and communication. Streamlined Credentialing Process (for qualified candidates): We understand the importance of timely care and will work diligently to facilitate temporary privileges for qualified applicants with a clean history (estimated timeframe of 30-90 days). Qualifications: Board-certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine, or Board-certified in Internal Medicine with 5-10 years of Emergency Medicine experience is required. Active medical license in Missouri (MO) only is mandatory. Current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS are essential. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient urgent care or emergency medicine setting is preferred. The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
