    Radiation Oncologist - Tulsa, OKBoard Certified or Board Eligible Radiation OncologistPosition Overview•Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join a growing, patient-focused radiation oncology team in Tulsa, Oklahoma•Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with a strong emphasis on high-quality, patient-centered care•Team currently includes 3 physicians, supported by 8 Radiation Therapists, 4 full-time Registered Nurses, 3 Dosimetrists, and 3 Physicists•Large referral base with over 1,000 consults per yearClinical & Program Highlights•State-of-the-art technology including 3 advanced linear accelerators (Varian TrueBeam), IMRT, SRS, and SBRT•Integrated EMR and treatment planning systems (Radformation, Mosaiq, Epic)•Access to clinical trials and cutting-edge research•Multidisciplinary collaboration with medical oncology, radiology, and supportive care specialists•Outpatient services include medical consultations, chemotherapy treatment, genomic and genetic testing, and supportive careWork Schedule & Compensation•4- or 5-day work week with 8 weeks of vacation per year•Competitive guaranteed salary for the first year; partnership/profit sharing potential thereafter•Total compensation potential above the 90th percentile•Comprehensive benefits packageQualifications•Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)•Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology•Must have or be eligible for an Oklahoma Medical License prior to start dateWhy Tulsa•Low cost of living with a variety of affordable housing options•Four distinct seasons and strong regional earnings growth•Vibrant arts, music, and cultural scene with museums, parks, and iconic outdoor spaces•Excellent dining options from BBQ and Tex-Mex to farm-to-table cuisine•Year-round sporting events including baseball, soccer, ice hockey, PGA tournaments, and NCAA athletics•Easy access via Tulsa International Airport with 23 domestic destinations•Proximity to the Ozark Mountains and lakes for boating, fishing, hiking, and outdoor recreation
