This role focuses on ambulatory pulmonary care within a collaborative team environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.The position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse patient population in a supportive practice setting with strong clinical and administrative support.Qualifications / Candidate Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of Pulmonary fellowship training Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine Ability to obtain Maryland medical license, DEA, and CDS Sleep medicine experience preferred Recent fellowship graduates are encouraged to applyPosition Highlights / Opportunity Highlights Full-time outpatient pulmonology position No inpatient hospital coverage required Occasional visits to a long-term acute care facility for chronic ventilator patient management Practice currently includes 1 physician and 2 advanced practice providers Supportive and well-trained medical office staff Large and diverse patient populationCompensation & Benefits Annual salary up to $300,000 depending on training and experience Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan and non-qualified deferred compensation plan Life insurance Medical malpractice coverage Paid time off CME allowance Fitness center membership discountsPractice / Program Details Established outpatient pulmonary practice Collaborative team environment with physician and advanced practice provider support Located on a professional medical campus with convenient access to major roadways and amenitiesCommunity OverviewOwings Mills offers suburban living with convenient access to the greater Baltimore area.
