Academic Hospitalist Full-Time Victorville, CA Hospital-based position combining patient care with academic responsibilities in a resident teaching environment Opportunity to work closely with Internal Medicine residents and contribute to a growing residency program Will sponsor J1 waiver Schedule & Structure Monday"Friday schedule (8AM"5PM) + 1 weekend per month Day shift hospitalist role Open ICU environment Will round with residents and serve as core faculty for Internal Medicine Residency Program Some primary care coverage required (preferred) Procedures preferred Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $275,000/year with semi-annual production bonus Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Paid time off and additional voluntary benefits Tuition reimbursement included Qualifications Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine California medical license or ability to obtain Commitment to resident education and academic medicine Strong communication and leadership skills Location " Victorville, California Victorville offers a lower cost of living with access to Southern California attractions, including nearby cities like Los Angeles, as well as beaches and mountains.
