The specialist will also model and teach the principles of quality improvement throughout the organization. The specialist will develop work plans or project plans for quality improvement projects. They will work collaboratively with leadership, coworkers and medical staff to develop, implement, monitor and champion processes related to quality issues.Position Details:This role will require cardiac knowledge and experience to support and navigate cardiac patients with multidisciplinary team approach.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor‘s degree. In lieu of degree, current RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed in state of practice will be considered.Experience: 3 years clinical experience
