8.5 Million Operation, Multidisciplinary team approach to care, PCMH, Joint Commission accredited.
1. Annual Salary: $150,000 negotiable
2. Moving reimbursement: up to $5,000
3. CME$: $3,000
4. Life Insurance: $10,000 with option to purchase additional
5. Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance: $10,000 with option to purchase additional
6. Paid holidays: 6-7
7. PTO/CME days: competitive
8. FTCA Malpractice insurance: covered
9. Sites are certified for both NHSC and State loan repayment program
10. Health Insurance BCN 80/20 plan and VSP Vision Insurance available -
