Outpatient Pediatric position in Southeast Massachusetts with partnership option. JOB
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Active Massachusetts License or Willing to Obtain
- 4 Day Work Week
- Call of 1:7- Only Urgent Care Call
- NO Pediatric Inpatient, ER, or Delivery Room Responsibilities
- Very Well Established Physician owned-Independent Practice
- Partnership Track option available
- New Grad Starting at 180k+, Experienced Physician starting at 200k+
- Limited New Born Rounding, Urgent Care, and Routine Well-Child Exams.
- Qualified Candidates are offered an opportunity to establish a subspecialty service including Gynecology, Orthopedics, and Behavioral Health.
- Compensation and Benefits: A competitive compensation package is available including a productivity-based bonus. A full benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, time off, and an employer-matched 401K plan.
