Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Ashtabula, Ohio. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established health system offering full-spectrum urologic care in a community-oriented and patient-centered environment.Position: Permanent MD/DO UrologistLocation: Ashtabula, OhioKey Responsibilities:Diagnose and manage a broad range of urologic conditions including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and urologic cancers.Perform inpatient and outpatient procedures, including cystoscopy, TURP, vasectomy, and minimally invasive surgeries.Maintain an active clinical practice with a mix of office visits, procedures, and hospital consults.Participate in shared call coverage.Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to ensure coordinated care.Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology (MD/DO).Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Ohio.Proficient in general urologic procedures; robotic experience a plus.Strong commitment to clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and teamwork.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary with RVU-based productivity bonuses.Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.CME allowance and paid CME time.Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.Loan repayment assistance available.Enjoy a balanced lifestyle and a fulfilling surgical career in Ashtabula, OHa lakeside community offering affordability, outdoor recreation, and a supportive healthcare network.
