Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, verify access permissions when required, and follow post orders related to restricted areas and public-facing operations.; Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, and relay pertinent information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
