Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all individuals at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter, with attention to site rules and unusual activity.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to deter unauthorized entry, and support employee and contractor movement in accordance with location procedures.; Document incidents, observations, and/or maintenance or operational concerns, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, site contacts, and/or local responders as needed.
