The main duties will be to coordinate material, sub-contractors, equipment, and personnel to ensure jobs are completed and ready to bill per customers' needs. Maintain complete confidentiality of information pertaining to the company and other proprietary information
Prepare the daily schedule for all jobs. Before scheduling validate:
The job site is ready for the team to complete the phase of work scheduled
Material is ready
Technical expertise is available
Communication
Maintain direct contact with field personnel
Inform the field teams of special instructions or changes
Document input provided by the field teams
Inform management team of project status and any changes
Inform the financial team when jobs are ready to bill
Ensure quality and safety standards are met or exceeded
Enforce company policies regarding Operations
Prepare status reports
Maintain a good rapport with the Customers by resolving conflicts in a timely manner
Build rapport and productive working relationships with office and field personnel
Three years of experience in the construction industry preferred.
One year scheduling personnel to complete jobs
Computer literate:
Ability to function independently using simple spreadsheets, and novice in using scheduling software
Independently perform internet searches
Communicate via email and text on phones, computer, and tablet
Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm
Starting pay between $25 to $28 per hour depending on experience
