Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.; Monitor entrances, exits, lobbies, and other assigned access points to help regulate entry, verify credentials, and document visitor activity in accordance with property protocols.; Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related matters to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.; Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, access issues, and daily activities, and communicate relevant updates with Allied Universal team members and property representatives.
