Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues; Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unauthorized persons according to post procedures; Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and following Allied Universal post orders and client-directed protocols
