Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report activity according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, entry points, hallways, and perimeter areas to deter unwanted activity; Monitor access points and observe onsite conditions and/or resident concerns, communicating relevant information to property management and Allied Universal leadership as needed
