    What will you do?

The Digital Optimization SME will lead enterprise and requirements analysis efforts, support solution assessment and validation, and partner closely with stakeholders to ensure incremental, value‑driven delivery. This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong business analysis fundamentals, deep process expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical audiences.

    • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and operational workflows
    • Analyze and adapt enterprise business processes for implementation across diverse technical organizations

    • Define and document acceptance criteria to support Agile development and testing
    • Author programmatic documentation, operating instructions, and business success stories
    • Perform technical writing and documentation support activities
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non‑technical language for leadership and stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with government and contractor stakeholders
    • Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks while meeting commitments in complex, fast‑paced environments
Do you have what it takes?

    Required Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:

    • U.S. Citizenship required

    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
    • Experience using cloud‑based and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Azure DevOps
    • Experience with no/low‑code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Nintex, or similar)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to explain technical information to non‑technical audiences
    • Ability to be on‑site at Shaw Air Force Base one week per month (5 duty days)
