With an annual volume of 58,000 ED visits, our bustling emergency department provides a challenging and diverse caseload. Physician coverage ranges from 40-48 hours, complemented by 48-56 hours of Advanced Practice Clinician coverage. The admission rate is approximately 21%, reflecting the ability to handle a wide spectrum of cases effectively.
Our hospital boasts 369 acute care beds, with 30 dedicated to the ED and an additional 15 for Behavioral Health services. We are recognized as a Joint Commission Primary Stroke Center and an Accredited Chest Pain Center, underscoring our commitment to providing top-tier care to our community.
To support our clinical operations, we utilize the Cerner EMR system, enhancing efficiency and ensuring seamless communication. As part of our commitment to excellence, we also offer a Scribe Program to assist with documentation, allowing you to focus more on patient care.
