Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and assist with directing staff, visitors, and vendors in accordance with location protocols; Support daily operations by maintaining visible presence, communicating with site contacts and/or first responders, and completing required logs, reports, and other security-related documentation
