Security Officer After Hours Patrol

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking locations, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic patterns to support site rules, assist with directional needs, and report suspicious behavior or policy concerns.; Assist with closing activities, crowd and/or line observation, and customer-facing interactions while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
