Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor processing, and security-related policies for a technology-focused location; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage badges and visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to doors, gates, loading areas, and other access-controlled spaces; Document daily activities, access-related events, and unusual conditions in clear reports, and report maintenance concerns or policy violations to site leadership
