Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a healthcare location; Monitor and control access at designated entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized entry; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed; Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal standards; Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, lobbies, restricted areas, and the exterior perimeter as assigned, with working conditions that may vary by location
