Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a dynamic technology and telecommunications location.; Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.; Monitor entry points, observe site activity, and report hazards, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious circumstances according to post instructions.; Support access control and visitor processing activities as assigned, helping to confirm authorized access and providing directions and assistance to employees, contractors, and guests.
