Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and help to de-escalate concerns involving patients, visitors, and staff; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to identify unusual activity, security-related concerns, and/or hazards that should be reported; Monitor access points and visitor activity, support badge and credential checks when required, and document incidents, observations, and/or policy-related issues in accordance with site procedures
