Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or maintenance-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity while helping to support access control procedures, resident requests, and/or delivery and guest interactions in accordance with site expectations; Complete routine reports, logs, and/or incident documentation, and communicate clearly with residents, visitors, coworkers, and supervisors regarding security-related concerns and daily activity
