Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through appropriate channels.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and amenity areas, assist with access-related matters, and communicate with residents, guests, and/or property personnel regarding security-related concerns.; Support residential community operations by observing and reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, suspicious activity, and/or disturbances while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
