An ideal Armorous Armed Officer:- Holds a valid BSIS Guard Card and BSIS Firearm Permit
- Maintains 40 hours of BSIS training certifications
- Has all required equipment (firearm, duty belt, vest, baton/OC, handcuffs)
- Demonstrates a commanding yet professional presence
- Possesses excellent judgment and situational awareness
- Has strong customer service and communication skills
- Is dependable, proactive, and confident under pressure
- Provide armed protection at assigned client sites
- Deter and respond to security incidents or threats
- Maintain a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors
- Communicate clearly with Armorous leadership and law enforcement when necessary
- Complete detailed activity and incident reports
- Represent Armorous with professionalism and integrity at all times
