Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, assisting with entry procedures, directions, and general support for employees, visitors, and/or members of the public; Support daily operations by communicating clearly with personnel and/or first responders, completing assigned reports, and following post instructions for government facility coverage
