Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, managing visitor access, and supporting security-related procedures for a healthcare location; Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or credentials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized access in a courteous and professional manner; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel when appropriate; Answer questions, provide directions, and document visitor, employee, and vendor activity according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines; Maintain awareness of front desk activity, report unusual behavior and/or potential hazards, and complete required logs and incident reports in a timely manner
