Westhab - - Responsibilities: Monitor the Single Point of Access and manage sign-in and sign-out logs for youth participants, parents/guardians, staff, and vendors/partners; Ensure all individuals entering and exiting the site are documented and properly signed in/out; Welcome visitors and maintain a positive, warm demeanor to support a positive program culture; Verify that guardians picking up children are listed as responsible adults in the childs file; Deescalate conflicts and escort individuals off site when necessary; call emergency services in emergencies
