As a Dispatcher, you are the heartbeat of our operation. You'll be the one who:
- Matches the right technician to the right job
- Keeps customers informed and confident
- Supports our field team with clear, accurate information
- Keeps everything moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 10:00 AM 6:30 PM Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. Please apply only if available to work these hours.
What you bring:
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Comfort handling high-volume, multi-line calls
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM with accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Dispatch or ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Knowledge of plumbing or the Metro Phoenix area is helpful
