Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transit location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting activity in accordance with post orders; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, administrative spaces, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel; Support public-facing operations by providing directions, answering questions, and assisting with crowd management, special events, and/or service disruptions while maintaining a visible armed presence
